Join us for the HCC Spring 2020 Virtual Commencement
Our Commencement Celebration will be coming to you in a different format this year. These are unprecedented times and it is unfortunate that we have to make these adjustments. However, it is important that we take the time to celebrate the culmination of all our student's hard work.
This spring’s commencement will be unique and hopefully memorable for our students and their families.

Members of the class of 2020 are invited to participate in the commencement ceremony next year to walk with graduates of 2021. Check back here for more information.
*Deadline for inclusion in the commencement program was April 10, 2020. Students who registered for commencement by that date are listed as candidates for graduation in the printed program.

Prepare to Graduate
If you're completing a program of study (including Nurse Assistant and EMT) by the end of the semester, you'll need to apply to graduate. The earlier you apply, the better. That way we can make sure everything is good to go.
We also hope you celebrate your accomplishments by participating in the commencement ceremony.

Academic Progress Report
Your academic advisor can help you determine how close you are to graduation and answer questions about your specific plan of study. Additionally, you can run your own Academic Progress report. It allows you to chart your progress toward completing the course requirements for your degree.
How to run a Academic Progress report:
- Login to your myHeartland account
- Enter your login name and password
- Click the IRIS tab
- Click IRIS-Student Center
- Click on the Academic Progress tile
- Click the Academic progress tab on the left navigation panel
