Apply for Graduation
Don't forget to submit your Application for Graduation. It must be submitted before a degree or certificate is awarded.
Heartland Community College confers degrees and certificates at the end of each semester. You must complete the online graduation application prior to the deadline for the semester in which you are planning to complete your program. Take special note of the early deadline date if you are interested in participating in the commencement ceremony.
When you are ready to apply:
- Log in to myHeartland
- Enter your login name and password
- Click the IRIS tab
- Click IRIS-Student Center
- Click the Academic Progress tile
- Select Apply for Graduation
- Follow the prompts
