You can receive college credit for the Advanced Placement (AP), College Level Exam Program (CLEP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) exams:

You may also receive college credit for the first two semesters of foreign language upon completion of the Illinois State Seal of Biliteracy by submitting the form (PDF) within three years of high school graduation.
Take your documents to the Records Office so the appropriate credits can be applied to your Heartland transcript.
