Apply Online

Follow the following steps to apply online from anywhere.

1. Go to myHeartland.
2. Enter your login name and password.
3. Go to the IRIS tab.
4. Click on the RISE Application link (in lower right corner within IRIS).
5. Complete the Project RISE application.
6. Submit when completed.

Apply by mail

Download and print the application form (PDF) and mail completed application to:

Apply in person

Apply in person at the main campus in Normal by picking up an application in the Project RISE office, located in Room SCB 1000 of the Student Commons Building.

 If you are eligible, we will contact you to set up an interview.
