Application Process

To be considered for the HALO Program, applicants should:

• Visit a HALO class, talk to students and staff

Submit:

• HALO Application Form (PDF)
• official school transcripts
• psychological testing reports
• junior year IEP
• two HALO Recommendations (PDF)

All materials must be submitted by mid June to:

Once applications are received, an interview may be requested to ensure that the program is a good match for the student's needs and goals.
