Parents of Degree NOW students in this cohort must provide course enrollment consent for the Heartland courses taken at HCC or online. Parents will receive an email with information about enrollment consent and/or enrollment confirmation at the appropriate time for each of those courses.

Tuition & Fee Information
Parents/students may opt out of the program at any time for any reason. Each time the window opens for enrollment into Heartland's on-campus or online courses, parents will have the opportunity to signify withdrawal from the program.
Completion of the 4-year plan for your cohort is required for the opportunity to pursue an associate's degree from Heartland while also earning your high school diploma. Opting out of enrollment into the Heartland courses will mean removal from the Degree NOW program. If this is what you/your child desires, please respond to the following prompts and submit this form. You/your child should also be sure to notify the appropriate people at the high school.
