The continuous improvement (CI) portal serves as Heartland's point of entry for all continuous improvement projects.

The portal:

• Provides focus to projects by asking the right questions at the outset

• Tracks project progress

• Gives support to projects by identifying and connecting College resources and data

• Provides an electronic inventory of all College projects

• Identifies AQIP Action Projects
